07:15 hour placement of air samplers adjacent to areas 1 and 2

07:20 hours inspection of liner on area 3 found to be satisfactory:

Area 3 – liner installed Friday the 8th March 2019

09:00 hours PM10s across site between 0.01 and 0.20 mg/m3 i.e. low dust levels.

Levels of dust upwind compatible to levels of dust downwind i.e. dust is not migrating offsite.

10:00 hours – area 6 liner being installed

Day 16 Thursday 07/03/2019

08:00 hours placement of air samplers across the site

08:15 hours wind speed and direction: no breeze i.e. 0 m/s – ideal for placement of liner materials.

08:30 hours check of liner installation in area 6, work progressing well. Lack of wind makes job easier.

Area 6 – Liner Thursday 7th March 2019

09:00 hours no change in wind speed i.e. almost no breeze

10:00 hours PM10S across site typically low i.e. no dust migrating offsite

11:00 hours check of all areas and moving of sprinklers

12:00 hours check of air sampler flow rates, okay

13:00 hours PM10s across site still very low less than 0.02 mg/m3

11:30 hours sprinklers turned off as all areas now very moist.

13:00 hours PM10s between 0.05 and 0.025 mg/m3 across the site, upwind and downwind values approximately the same.

08:30 hours first loads of topsoil for today, placement of sprinklers to suppress dust.

09:00 to 11:00 hours check of PM10s upwind and downwind of all job sites found little difference in values (i.e. no dust migrating offsite). Levels of dust between 0 and 0.025 mg/m3

11:00 to 15:00 change in wind direction to ENE at between 0 and 3 m/s

11:00 to 15:00 hours PM10s between 0 and 0.3 mg/m3 upwind and downwind.
